What data, why, and on what legal basis?

• Enquiry, booking and contact forms (name, email, phone, dates, group size, message): to answer your request and prepare a quote. Basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract.
• Newsletter (email): to send you our news. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): to understand how the site is used and improve it. Basis: your consent, only if you accept.
• Security (anti-spam, attack protection, technical logs, IP address): to protect the site. Basis: legitimate interest.

We never sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who receives your data?

Only technical providers working for us: our web host, Cloudflare (delivery network and bot protection), our email delivery service, Google (Analytics, if you accept) and Bokun (online booking, when you open the booking panel). Some may be located outside the European Economic Area; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to Google Fonts.

How long do we keep it?

Enquiries and quotes: 3 years after the last contact. Booking data: the statutory accounting retention period. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Cookie choice: 12 months. Google Analytics: 14 months at most.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, request portability and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
