    What organisers ask before they commit

    What if our numbers change?

    They usually do. The programme is priced per person by band, so you can see what moves when the group grows or shrinks, and we requote without drama.

    Can you seat 40 people at one winery?

    Yes, with notice. Capacity is confirmed in writing before you commit, never assumed. The largest group we have run was over 600 people.

    Can a whole group cross into Transnistria?

    Yes. We handle the border formalities for the entire group, and we do it regularly.

    Do you handle meeting rooms and AV?

    Yes. Meeting space, AV and banqueting for seminars, incentives and team building, in Chisinau and in the regions.

    What about dietary requirements?

    Send the list when you enquire and it reaches every table before you arrive.

    Who pays, and when?

    A 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due before the programme begins.
